Issue Description: Some users may have been unable to enrol new devices within Microsoft Intune.

More info: Enrolled Devices may have not received policy and application changes or remote actions made by admins.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 06/10/2021 12:55:00 PM: Microsoft optimized traffic and performance parameters on the affected infrastructure and confirmed by monitoring that the issue has been mitigated.
