Retirement of legacy hostnames – 08 September 2021

In line with previous announcements, the following hostnames were retired on 07 September 2021.

eas.nhs.net
mail.nhs.net
outlook.nhs.net

For more information, including if you previously used these hostnames and are experiencing issues, please read the guidance material and FAQs.

For further support it is recommended that you contact your Local Administrator for troubleshooting assistance in the first instance.

Retirement of legacy POP/IMAP hostnames

Due to high usage still being observed, the date for the retirement of the following legacy hostnames has been extended to 16 September 2021.

pop.nhs.net
imap.nhs.net

Please note that there will be no further extension beyond this date. Reminder emails will continue to be sent to affected organisations over the coming days.
