New look and feel to the support.nhs.net articles

Over the coming weeks we will be introducing a new look and feel to the NHSmail support site, with changes starting from 13 September.

The new look and feel to the articles, similar to the Multi-disciplinary Teams meeting (MDT) article is the first step towards a move to content being more role specific and directly acting on feedback we have received from users.

We understand this is an initial step towards changing how we support all our users and want to continuously improve the experience for everyone. If you have any ideas on how we can further improve the support site, please share by getting in touch with us via nhsdigital.coe@nhs.net .
