Issue Description: Users see a blank page when using the classic experience to access SharePoint Online sites.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 29/09/2021 04:20:00 PM: Microsoft’s mitigation script has finished running, and they have confirmed with a sample previously affected users that impact is no longer occurring.
