Issue Description: Admins are receiving an error preventing them from syncing changes to a retention policy.
More info: The issue as reported to us has been resolved and policies are syncing to the retention policy as expected; however, an error message is still displaying.
Admins will see an error that includes: “… deployment has been interrupted by an unexpected Office 365 datacenter issue. Please contact Microsoft Support to fix the deployment issue.”
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any admin may experience impact.
