Issue Description: Organizers of Teams meetings can’t access the Meeting options page and can’t change options.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and may have impacted organizers of Teams meetings.

Final Update – 15/07/2021 10:16:00 AM: Microsoft identified that a recent change to add additional options to the Meeting options page, inadvertently cause impact to occur. The Microsoft team reverted the change, to mitigate impact.
