Issue Description: Users may be unable to access one or more Microsoft 365 services. Users who are able to access the service may experience latency.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a subset of users who are accessing the service from geographical locations in Chile and surrounding areas.
Final Update – 02/07/2021 15:15:00 PM: Microsoft have identified that an issue within a local ISP’s infrastructure is resulting in impact and have confirmed that the Microsoft-managed environment is healthy and performing as expected.
