Description – The NHSmail Team are aware of an issue on the Telephone Options menu when calling the NHSmail Helpdesk. This issue results in users being asked to select an option when calling the Helpdesk but the options are then not being offered. We have raised an urgent case with our supplier and are working to resolve this ASAP.
Business Impact – Users contacting the Helpdesk have to wait for an extended period of time for the options to be offered.
Current Update – The issue is resolved now. NHSmail Helpdesk Telephone number is working as normal. Thank you for your patience.
