Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Admins may be unable to access the Admin Center.

Scope of impact: Early indications suggest this issue may be specific to admins based in Great Britain.

Current Update – 17/05/2021 03:12:00 PM: Microsoft have confirmed that rerouting the affected request traffic to alternate infrastructure has mitigated the issue.

– Microsoft are continuing to analyze the affected networking infrastructure to identify the exact root cause of the issue.

– Microsoft are reviewing our code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar impact in the future.
