Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein users may experience degraded sync speeds or errors when syncing notebooks in Microsoft OneNote.
Users are recommended to retry their notebook sync to workaround the problem while we mitigate impact.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to sync their notebook might be affected.

Final Status – 03/06/2021 10:18:00 AM: Microsoft have discovered an issue that is causing sync errors when syncing notebooks across the service and are continuing the work to improve server efficiency and service throttle. Microsoft have completed the work to improve the service and confirmed via extended monitoring that the issue has been fully resolved.
