Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein some users were unable to access their mailboxes through Representational State Transfer (REST) connection methods

Scope of impact: Impact is limited to a small subset of your users.

Current Update – 11/05/2021 08:55:00 PM: Microsoft have determined that a subset of infrastructure that facilitates mailbox access via REST began operating in a sub-optimal state, resulting in impact. Microsoft automated recovery system restarted the affected application pool to mitigate the impact, and Microsoft confirmed that service was restored after monitoring service health the environment.
