Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where some users are experiencing intermittent Zero-hour auto purge (ZAP) failures in their Exchange Online mailboxes.
Affected users may experience this impact in the form of an increased presence of spam messages in their mailboxes.

Scope of impact: Some users served through the affected infrastructure may experience intermittent impact.

Current Update – 13/04/2021 12:10:00 PM: A recent directory configuration change within a portion of the antispam infrastructure created a version compatibility issue between directory and ZAP, which caused ZAP to stop functioning as expected. Service has been restored to normal.
