Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where users may be unable to open IRM messages via any Exchange Online connection method.
Tenant admins may workaround this issue by setting “AzureRMSLicensingEnabled” to ‘True,’.
Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any of your users attempting to open IRM encrypted email.
Current Update – 26/04/2021 10:20:00 AM: Microsoft have determined that a recent code update intended to secure IRM messaging contained a code regression that resulted in this impact. Microsoft have confirmed that the fix has completely saturated throughout the affected environment and that impact has been remediated.
