Issue Description: Some users are unable to send or receive email messages within Exchange Online
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to organizations hosted from infrastructure located in North America. However, if a user not hosted on the affected infrastructure attempted to send an email to a user within an impacted organization, they may be unable to send the email.
Current Update – 22/04/2021 05:30:00 PM: The Engineers have monitored the environment and confirmed that the queued emails have processed as expected.
