Application of the E3R National Licence

We are aware of an issue preventing the provisioning of the National Policy E3R licence to newly created users on the NHSmail Shared Tenant. This issue may also prevent users from being moved from a user policy where they are using an alternative Top-Up licence to the National Policy.

Current Update – 16/04/2021 12:58:00 PM: The issue is now resolved and no further issues noticed in provisioning of the National Policy E3R licence to newly created users on the NHSmail Shared Tenant.
