Issue Description: We are aware of some users who are hosted out of the affected infrastructure in Great Britain may be unable to access the Exchange Online service using either Outlook on the web or Exchange ActiveSync.
Current Update – (23/03/2021 17:00:00 ): Following a period of heightened monitoring today with zero incidents reported for this issue across the platform, this item has now been closed. The infrastructure fix deployed by Microsoft at 5.30pm (BST) on 22/03 has resolved the issue and service stability is back to normal. Thank you for your patience.
