Issue Description: Some Admins may be unable to access the Exchange Online admin center and may see the error message “User Auth Token Null”.
Current Update – (26/03/2021 1:59PM): Service has been restored to normal. Microsoft confirmed via telemetry that reverting the expansion has succeeded in mitigating impact.
