Issue Description: Users may experience sync issues with new pages or sections when using OneNote on specific connection methods. This issue only affects users who are routed through the West US infrastructure and specific to the 64 bit version of the desktop client, Android, iOS, MacOS, and Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps. Users who have access to the OneNote web app or the 32 bit version of the desktop client may leverage these connection methods as alternative access routes.
Current Update – 12/02/2021 4:30:00 AM: Service has been restored to normal by Microsoft. No further Sync issues noticed.
