Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby some users who are accessing Outlook on the web using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) are unable to see new messages being displayed in Outlook .
Some users may experience remediation if they close IE11 and reopen it. As a work around, users are encouraged to use a different web browser to access new messages being displayed.
Current Update – 03/02/2021 5:37:00 PM: An issue was identified between Exchange Online and the IE11 browser. As a work around, some users may experience remediation if they close IE11 and reopen it. Microsoft is reviewing the service update procedures to better identify similar issues with IE11 during their development and testing cycles.
