Portal – Phantom 1.1 Release

The Phantom Portal release was implemented as planned on the evening of 13/10/2020 with new features for core NHSmail Portal functionality and bug fixes.

 

New Functionality

43396 – Handle pharmacy org shortname change

As scope of the PBI we’re putting a fix to handle both nhspharmacy or pharmacy in the shortname. This change is to handle organization data coming with short name as “Pharmacy” and if org shortname is pharmacy or nhspharmacy then the name field and displayname field should be displayed as per the pattern.

Bug Fixes

42797 – Prod : When attempting to set a larger mailbox size for an EXO user it is causing an error and not updating

When attempting to set a larger mailbox size for an EXO user the following error is displayed: error: An exception has occurred. This user’s organisation has reached or exceeded their quota for larger mailboxes, please reduce the number of large mailboxes to within the quota for this user’s organisation to assign a large mailbox. This is appearing despite the number of larger mailboxes available is still under the quota for the organisation.

43118 – Prod : EXO users cannot be set a different user policy or updated via the update button as one of two error messages display each time

When attempting to set a different policy than the one already assigned to an EXO user, the select is working correctly but when attempting to apply the update one of the following two errors are appearing:

  • MSLive Event Deactivation failed for the user :[ testuser.1108@nhs.net ] Exception : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
  • MSLive Event Deactivation failed for the user :[ testuser.1108@nhs.net ] Exception : Skype Online Connection Pool : Couldn’t establish / remove Skype Online Connection Remote session is not available for 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.
