Intermittent Issues in Sending Mail to Microsoft Email Addresses
We are aware of an intermittent issue whereby users might be unable to send mails to Microsoft related email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook. The cause of the issue is understood and we are working closely with Microsoft to resolve it as soon as possible.
Latest Update (19/10/2020 12:50 PM) : Microsoft have removed an IP from one of two data centres from their Block List and mails are now flowing through as expected. Incidents raised will now be closed.
