Issues Sending Mail to Microsoft Email Addresses

There was an issue whereby NHSmail users were unable to send mails to Microsoft related email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook. Users may receive an undeliverable message stating that delivery has failed.

The issue has been resolved now.
