BT CNSP are completing some network configuration changes which may cause minor disruption to NHSmail services such as the Portal, email, Teams and Skype for Business for users accessing via HSCN.
There may be an intermittent loss in connectivity during the change window. This may result in users experiencing a slow response or a momentary freeze and if connections are dropped users may receive an error message and need to re-try their query or action.
This change is due to take place between 01:00 and 05:00 on 31 July.
