Issue Description: Some users’ Microsoft Teams meeting add-in (TMA) is missing from the Outlook desktop client.

Current Update: 27/06/2024 08:50:00 AM Microsoft developed and applied the initial fix to reinstate the necessary data, so additional users won’t be impacted and TMA integration with the Outlook client is functioning for new users. They are analyzing recent changes to identify what’s causing the persisting impact for users who have already been affected by this issue so that they can actively develop and deploy a long-term fix to fully remediate the impact. They will provide an update about the progress and any available estimated time for resolution at their next scheduled communication.
