Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby users are unable to access the NHSmail Portal.

Users may be presented with a “502 Bad Gateway” Error when attempting to access the NHSmail Portal Homepage

Final Update: 20/06/2024 16:35:00 PM After a period of heightened monitoring, no further issues have been observed with the NHSmail Portal remaining stable and available.

We appreciate your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
