    RESOLVED – We are aware of an issue affecting users signing into the NHSmail Portal using their Smartcards. Engineers are currently investigating this issue and apologise for any inconvenience
    Users can sign-in using other authentication methods such as the authenticator app, which will gain access to your account in the NHSmail Portal
