This Operations Guide is a comprehensive document detailing key features of Intune, step-by-step enrolment and technical processes which may need to be completed by LAs using and managing devices on NHSmail Intune, and general requirements of the platform.
Local Administrators and Onboarding Mangers should regard the Operations Guide as the first point of reference for the resolution of any Intune issues as well as an upskilling resource created to support LAs who are new to, or relatively new to using Intune.
