This service is now decommissioned. Any NHSmail User Policies that were previously created as part of the service have been renamed to “_Phone System” naming convention. Practices wishing to continue using the functionality as an interim solution prior to transitioning to cloud-based telephony systems should discuss the available options with their ICB. Should ICBs wish to put local contracts in place they should contact their trusted Microsoft reseller to make the arrangements.
