Microsoft are implementing a change to the core TCP-based RDP traffic for Cloud PC connections. This traffic uses the wildcard fully qualified domain name (FQDN) *.wvd.microsoft.com, which is outlined in the documentation

Please note, as part of the investigation in response to INC45822751, the decision has been made to rollback the Pritchard Portal Release deployed on September 17th, 2024. The Portal will be reverted to the previous version which was named Pelley. This is a precautionary measure intended to restore stability across the platform

We have identified an issue which will have impacted a subset of users. This issue will only have impacted mails sent to an nhs.uk address from external domain and will have resulted in a Non-Delivery Receipt (NDR) response delivered to the Sender

Please be aware that due to recent updates to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on the platform, the NHSmail Service Desk is experiencing a significantly higher volume of contacts than usual.

As a result of activities over the weekend to support the NHSmail Multi-Factor Authentication roadmap, we are receiving a significant increase in calls to the NHSmail Service Desk for support and guidance.
Please be aware, there is a planned infrastructure upgrade scheduled to start this coming weekend.

The ability for NHSmail users to upload and use custom Emoji’s within Microsoft Teams meeting chats will no longer be available. Any existing custom Emoji’s will be deleted as part of the disablement process
