Issue Description: Users may be unable to join calls or meetings in Microsoft Teams for Mac.

Current Update: 07/09/2026 09:19:00 AM – Further review of the suspected code change indicates it may not be the cause of impact for this event. Microsoft is reassessing their root cause understanding and reviewing service logs to isolate the source of impact, so that they can determine their next steps regarding impact remediation.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to join calls or meetings in Microsoft Teams for Mac may be impacted. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.
