Current Update: 20/08/2026 12:14:00 AM – Microsoft has identified that due to an ongoing reliability issue occurring within OpenAI’s managed environment, Copilot actions that rely on OpenAI models aren’t accessible. They have coordinated with OpenAI to confirm that a fix for this issue has been deployed and are monitoring its progress to ensure full recovery.
