Issue Description: Some users may be intermittently unable to see the Claude model option for Microsoft 365 Copilot in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 07/08/2026 09:36:00 AM – Microsoft has completed deployment of the fix and confirmed through service monitoring that the issue has been resolved.

Scope of impact: This issue may intermittently affect any user attempting to use the Claude model option in the Copilot selector within Microsoft Teams. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent update to service infrastructure published in Copilot build 20260701.51.4 is intermittently preventing the Claude model option from being enabled, resulting in the Claude model being unable to be selected using the Copilot selector in Microsoft Teams.

Next Steps: They are reviewing their deployment procedures to help prevent similar problems in the future.
