Description: Internal monitoring has identified a capacity issue which may result in slow performance when using Insights Hub.
Final Update: 17/07/2026 14:10:00 PM – As highlighted, earlier this afternoon, users may have experienced difficulty accessing the Insights Hub. Our monitoring systems detected the initial degradation and subsequent failure promptly and our engineers took immediate action to restore the service, which is now back online.
