NHSmail User Survey 2019

The annual NHSmail satisfaction survey is now live and available to complete for all NHSmail users.

We value your feedback and would really like to know what works for you and what doesn’t work for you when using NHSmail, so that we can continually improve the service.

A link to the survey will be emailed to your NHSmail address directly.

The survey takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete and will remain open until the 27th November 2019.
