Issue Description: Users may get incorrect or stale content when using Platform deep links in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Platform deep links may get incorrect or stale content for users who have opted into the Technology Adoption Program or Public Preview. Users can opt out to avoid this issue.

Current Update: 24/04/2026 08:23:00 AM– Microsoft are continuing to monitor their ongoing fix deployment as it finishes saturating throughout the affected environments, although many users should already be experiencing impact remediation at this time. They expect this saturation process to complete and remediate any lingering impact by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect users who use Platform deep links and have opted into the Technology Adoption Program or Public Preview.
