Issue Description: Users see multiple impact scenarios for Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) functionalities in Microsoft Teams.

More info: The following confirmed impact scenarios are:

– Facilitator not being added to Microsoft Teams meetings
– Failures when trying to initiate a Teams group chat with Copilot
– Failures when adding or removing Teams apps that utilize resource specific consent permissions

Final Update: 16/04/2026 9:25:00 AM – Microsoft has deployed a configuration change to improve performance in a subset of the affected infrastructure and are observing positive trends in the telemetry. They are  initiating the deployment of the configuration change to the remaining impacted infrastructure and will closely monitor the progress.
