Issue Description: Users can’t create, edit, or delete desktop flows in the Microsoft Power Automate portal.

Current Update: 10/04/2026 09:36:00 AM–Microsoft are finalizing the deployment of their code solution throughout the remainder of the affected environment and anticipate the impact may be fully remediated by their next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to create, edit, or delete desktop flows in the Power Automate portal are impacted.

Root cause: A recent deployment introduced a misconfiguration impacting a portion of the database library responsible for desktop flow management in the Microsoft Power Automate portal.
