Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Admins may be unable to provision new OneDrive personal sites for newly onboarded users.

More info: As a result, new users may be unable to access OneDrive.

Users who are auto-provisioned by the service aren’t affected.

Current Update: 10/02/2026 08:24:00 AM –Microsoft are continuing to analyze the recently collected ULS logs and are reviewing any recent changes to authentication that may have contributed to the impact to confirm our findings and determine our next troubleshooting steps.

Scope of impact: Some admins attempting to provision new OneDrive personal sites may be impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.
