Final Update: 14/01/2026 15:28:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that the issue is resolved following successful deployment of the fix.

Scope of impact: This issue may potentially impact any user attempting to access shared Microsoft To Do lists.

Root cause: A recent change to add optimisations when sharing To Do lists introduced a misconfiguration which is resulting in impact.
