Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where the NHSmail Portal is experiencing slowness. Accenture engineers are investigating and updates will be provided as soon as possible.
Final Update:- 22/09/2025 17:00:00PM – Following a period of consistent monitoring over the course of the day, and with no further reports of issues via our internal monitoring service or end users, this incident is now Resolved. Root cause analysis is ongoing.
