Issue Description: Users were experiencing intermittent timeout errors or delays with flows and flow actions.

Current Update: 19/09/2025 08:15:00 AM Following additional investigation, we identified a subset continuously running flows that resulted in the capacity constraint limitation which led to impact. To mitigate the issue, we suspended these flows and, following a period of service health diagnostic analysis, we confirmed that service functionality was restored.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future.
