Description: We’re currently investigating an intermittent issue preventing a small number of NHS.net Connect accounts from accepting the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Final Update: 24/07/2025 17:00:00 PM: Following an extended period of monitoring supported by a lack of additional tickets and multiple positive communications from impacted end users who raised tickets, this incident has been Resolved. The mitigative steps performed yesterday evening were successful and no recurrence has been reported.
