Issue Description: Users may see a draft chat message to a call queue in Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 28/04/2025 09:09:00 AM – Microsoft’s have initiated the deployment of the fix to the affected environments and are continuing to gather validation as it propagates to ensure successful remediation without adversely impacting other aspects of the service. They will provide a resolution timeline once it becomes available.
