Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Some users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sites.

More info: Users may experience intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing SharePoint sites.

Current Update: 29/01/2025 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft have deployed their solution for improving the efficiency of the newly added code stream, which they’re monitoring as it saturates the environment. They expect this will complete and remediate the impact by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A code stream which is over the size limitation was requiring too much Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage, resulting in impact.
