Issue Status: RESOLVED
Description: We are aware of an issue with access to certain Portal admin functions on the NHSmail platform. The root cause of the issue is believed to be the same as was seen on the 17th of September, but further investigation will be focused on confirming that.
Business Impact: Impacted users would have received an error message stating “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”
Final Status: 10/10/2024 12:14:00 PM – Corrective action has been taken and the NHSmail Portal is now fully functional again and operating as expected.
