Issue Description: Some users may be unable to move folders in shared mailboxes using Outlook on the web.

Final Update: 15/07/2024 09:08:00 AM – Microsoft have verified through testing that their fix has resolved the issue following its saturation of the affected environment.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact some users who are served through the affected infrastructure and are attempting to move folders in mailboxes using Outlook on the web.

Root cause: A change of the SDK version conflicts with the Events in Outlook on the web, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their build development and deployment procedures so they can better identify similar issues during their testing cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
