Issue Description: Users can’t see notifications for the Q&A function in real-time within Microsoft Teams live events.

Final Update: 28/06/2024 09:05:00 AM – The investigation is complete and Microsoft have determined the service is healthy. A service incident didn’t actually occur.

Scope of impact: Users attempting to utilize within Q&A function in real-time within Microsoft Teams live events are impacted by this event.

Root cause: The code path necessary for facilitating real-time Q&A functionality in Microsoft Teams live events isn’t being utilized for real time reactions, leading to impact.
