Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may be unable to render SharePoint Online sites through Edge on iOS devices.

Final Update: 05/06/2024 08:58:00 AM – Microsoft completed the deployment of their fix, and their internal telemetry has validated that it has addressed the recent service update and that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Users service by the affected infrastructure may be unable to render SharePoint Online sites through Edge on iOS devices.

Root cause: A recent service update to improve the overall experience of the service prevented PSTN minute pools reports since May 16, 2024, from producing any data.

Next steps: Microsoft are further analyzing the offending service update and its impact to PSTN minute pools reports so they can help better understand the problem and so they can help prevent it from occurring in the future.
