More info: Specifically, a subset of users experienced failures when performing actions that utilized the Office 365 Users connector in Microsoft Power Apps.

Final Update: 03/01/2024 07:15:00 AM – While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing a recent network configuration change that could possibly be the cause of impact, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem doesn’t happen again.
