Issue Description: Users may experience failures when performing actions that utilize the Office 365 Users connector.
Final Update: 03/01/2024 07:20:00 AM – During Microsoft’s additional investigation, monitor and diagnostic analysis determined that this issue was automatically mitigated without any manual intervention.
Root Cause: A recent configuration change that has resulted in increased latency and timeouts within a portion of the backend service responsible for processing Office 365 Users API requests.
Next Steps: Microsoft’s reviewing their configuration procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
